Investment Structuring / EU Member State Cyprus - a case study

On 18 March at the Hilton Hotel, PricewaterhouseCoopers Cyprus in association with PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania and the Bank of Cyprus hosted a seminar concerning the investment structuring – a top priority for both domestic and foreign investors in light of the country's accession to the EU.
 

Also the reduction in both corporate and individual income tax rates from 1 January 2005 and possible future changes in the individual income tax legislation will have an impact on the methods used in structuring existing as well as new investments in Romania .
