PwC finalized the second edition of Saratoga Human Capital Benchmarking Survey
Saratoga has been the global leader in Human Capital measurement and benchmarking for almost 25 years. Since 2003, it is a part of PwC's Human Resource Services.
The purpose of Saratoga Human Capital Benchmarking survey is to translate Human Capital into something tangible, measurable and benchmarkable like any other organisational asset and to provide organisations with the essential information to work with their people more effectively.
The survey is based on the internationally-accepted methodology of Saratoga Institute, that has been developing human capital performance indicators and collecting data from companies all over the world, generating comprehensive market reports.
The 2008 survey gathered 49 companies from 5 activity sectors: Financial Services (Banking and Insurance), IT&C, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals and Retail and Consumer Goods and analysed information on 60 metrics (e.g. absence rate, return on investment, turnover etc.). For more details, please see below the survey report presentation.
