PayWell Romania 2009 Salary and Benefits Survey conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers is now available!

The survey report represents a practical tool that assists companies in developing competitive policies related to salary adjustment and overall reward management, as well as recruitment and employee retention.
Also, it contains an analysis of the human resources related measures taken by companies in the last year, in response to the economic downturn.

This year's report comprises salary statistics for more than 575 jobs from 154 companies, covering 11 activity sectors (Agrochemicals, Automotive Manufacturing, Banking, Distribution, FMCG, Industry, Insurance, IT, Pharmaceuticals, Leasing and Retail).
