The PwC State Aid Team consists of experienced specialists with knowledge of Polish and EU State Aid Law. Members of our team specialise in the area of investment incentives, including: direct subsidies co-financed from EU Structural Funds as well as domestic sources, various tax exemptions, soft loans, etc. We permanently keep a close look on current developments in the area of State Aid both at European as well as national level. Our excellence has been confirmed by a number of press publications in which our employees express their views on State Aid matters. We have also vast experience in project management and applying for financial support.

Since the first state aid scheme – financial support for investments – was introduced in 2002, we have been deeply involved in assisting entrepreneurs in the process of applying for grants. In a number of cases our assistance resulted in granting a subsidy for new investments and for creation of new workplaces.
