Average mobile telephone density per 100 inhabitants is 105. There are 51 commercial banks and 71 insurance companies, mostly foreign-owned. As a result there are more than 10,000 ATMs.
One of the challenges Poland faces is the poor condition of the roads, however this situation may change due to the support of assistance funds from the EU.
The average income in Poland is much lower than in the average EU country, so many goods and especially services have considerably lower prices than in Western Europe.
Special attention should be paid to high-quality Polish organic goods.
