According to information gathered by PwC, key investment projects to be implemented in Wrocław are a.o.:
- Construction of a new football stadium in the Maślice district
- Renovation of the Olympic Stadium, at a cost of approx. PLN 200m
- Extension of Wrocław Airport
- Extension of Wrocław railway hub
- Construction of the Wrocław Motorway Ringroad (AOW)
- Construction of Drzymała Junction, to connect the centre ring with the AOW
- Reconstruction of Lotnicza st. – connecting the city with the exit route to Zielona Góra.
- Construction of the Northern section of the City Centre Ringroad
- Construction of a rapid tram line
- Construction of the Wrocław metropolitan rail network
- Hotel investment
The total cost of all municipal investment projects in Wrocław is estimated at PLN 3.3bn.
