According to information gathered by PwC, key investment projects to be implemented in Poznań are a.o.:
- Upgrade of the Municipal Stadium
- Completion of A2 Motorway construction from Nowy Tomyśl to Świecko
- Construction of S5 dual carriageway (Wrocław – Poznań – Bydgoszcz)
- Upgrade of roads connecting Poznań with training centres, notably those in Grodzisk Wielkopolski and Wronki
- Construction of the 3rd section of the transport ringroad in Poznań, allowing easy access to the stadium, improving access to the A2 motorway, and connecting the motorway with Ławica Airport
- Extension and upgrade of key transport junctions in the city
- Purchase of modern, low-floor-pan tram rolling stock at a cost of PLN 450m
- Upgrade of the public transport infrastructure at a cost of PLN 65m
- Upgrade and extension of Poznań Ławica Airport
- Major refurbishment of the train and coach station
- Construction of new hotels, notably premium ones (4 and 5 star hotels)
- Providing accommodation across the spectrum, from 5-star hotels to camping sites
