According to information gathered by PwC, key investment projects to be implemented in Gdańsk are a.o.:
- Construction of the Baltic Arena stadium at an estimated cost of PLN 670m.
- The Sucharski Route, with a tunnel under the Martwa Wisła river leg, at an estimated cost of PLN 1.3bn.
- Southern bypass of Gdańsk at an estimated cost of PLN 800m.
- Extension of Gdańsk Airport: new terminal, car park and taxiway at an estimated cost of PLN 400m
- An East-West route, at an estimated cost of PLN 116.5m
- The Słowacki Route, at an estimated cost of PLN 275m
- Investment in double track Rapid City Rail (Szybka Kolej Miejska) at an estimated cost of approx. PLN 50m
- Marynarki Polskiej street, at a cost of PLN 50m
- Renovation of Podwale Grodzkie and Wały Jagiellońskie avenues at a cost of PLN 33m
- Hotel infrastructure investments
