Antoni F. Reczek is the President of the Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. and the Leader of Financial Services Sector Group.

Antoni has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1980 (since 1991 in Poland) and has Polish and British auditing qualifications. He specialises in auditing and advising financial institutions on privatisation and inward investment strategy. Antoni has carried out over 250 financial institution audits and has led PwC teams on more than 40 IPO's in Poland, New York, London, Frankfurt and Luxemburg. He has been involved in drafting Polish Accounting Regulations since 1993 and is currently a member of the Polish Accounting Standards Committee and the Auditing Standards Board and is currently a member of working groups at the European Financial Reporting group (EFRAG) and the Committee of European Securities Regulations (CESR). Antoni is Deputy Chairman of the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce.
