PwC Consulting Director Gene Morales was a guest speaker at a Top Leaders Forum on "Incentives for Resilient Investment" organized by the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR).

The forum was held to increase private sector resilience through risk informed business practices and investment. Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Disaster Risk Reduction Margareta Wahlstrom gave the opening message.
The UNISDR is a strategic framework, adopted by United Nations member states in 2000, aiming to guide and coordinate the efforts of a wide range of partners to: 1) achieve substantive reduction in disaster losses, and 2) build resilient nations and communities as an essential condition for sustainable development.
