Bles Pestaño shares 17th Global CEO Survey results at Aspect Advantage event

was invited as a resource speaker at a seminar
on Build and Sustain Customer Loyalty: Join the
Relationship Revolution organized by Aspect, a
global leader in customer engagement solutions:
unified interaction management, workforce
optimization, and back-office solutions.

Bles presented the findings of the Global CEO Survey
mainly focusing on serving new customers in the light
of current trends that transform business. The survey,
now on its 17th year, is released annually by PwC. Its
objective is to capture sentiments of top CEOs from all
over the world regarding today’s business trends and
challenges.

Other speakers at the forum included Aspect’s experts:
Chief Marketing Officer Jim Freeze, Senior Technical
Manager Eric Loh and Senior Workforce Specialist Stuart
Kendall.

The half day seminar was held at the Isabela Function Room
of Makati Shangri-La Hotel last 25 March. Participants from
top financial service and BPO companies attended the seminar.

Markets Manager Maila Villadelgado and Associate Karen Ang
also attended the event.
