Isla Lipana & Co. proudly supports the 3rd Integrity Summit
Chairman and Senior Partner Alex Cabrera shared the firm's initiatives to continually embed an ethical culture in the firm with the delegates of the 3rd Integrity Summit on 19 September 2013 at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.
Alex explained that ethical conduct is "doing the right thing even if nobody is looking". He highlighted the PwC Global People Survey (GPS) as a process and a monitoring tool to help our partners and staff to be vigilant in helping one another behave in an ethical manner. Alex gave credit to the firm's predecessors and retired partners who instilled in the firm a culture of integrity.
The firm was presented during Session 2 of the Summit as an "Advanced" company together with six other companies, namely Convergys Philippines Service Corporation, Development Bank of the Philippines, GMA Network, MERALCO, Siemens Philippines, and Shell Philippines Exploration.
