Tax Partner Atty. Carlos Carado, the key resource speaker, discussed the rules governing the Philippines' Transfer Pricing Guidelines (Revenue Regulations No. 2-2013 dated 23 January 2013).
He covered, in detail, the following topics: In-depth look at the provisions of the TP regulations; Red flags and green lights in TP; How to set and test the TP policy; Managing BIR TP audits; Best practices (and pitfalls) on TP documentation.
Tax Manager Atty. Maricar Torres shared with participants helpful information about the latest in BIR revenue issuances. Cebu Office Assurance Manager Rose Dale Ando assisted in organizing the event and in managing the branch office staff at the registration desk.
