Tax Partner Atty. Carlos Carado, the firm's leader in transfer pricing (TP) practice, was invited as resource speaker at a seminar attended by about 60 participants from member companies of the Semiconductor and Electronics Industry of the Philippines (SEIPI).

The event, organized by officers of the Association of SEIPI Finance Executives (ASEFEX), was held last 15 February 2013 at the Paseo Premiere Hotel in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.  

Assurance Partner Melissa Ramos and Tax-CAS Manager Revi Rabaja worked together with SEIPI-ASEFEX officers for this seminar to happen as transfer pricing is now a hot topic with the release of Revenue Regulations (RR) 2-2013 by the BIR.  
Both Melissa and Revi continue to be key players in the Semicon XLOS Markets Group, collaborating with SEIPI-ASEFEX officers to provide opportunities for the firm and its subject matter experts (SMEs) to share insights through the conduct of seminars on topics relevant to SEIPI members.
