18 March 2014, 1.30pm to 5.30pm
Poolside Pavilion, Dusit Thani Manila, Ayala Center, Makati City
Given the myriad of dynamic and controversial developments in the past year from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and our judiciary, plus the release of a new set of income tax forms in time for the 15 April filing, taxpayers should be up-to-date on significant changes and filing requirements.
Bearing in mind that “to be forewarned is to be forearmed”, we invited a BIR representative to guide you on how to use the new income tax forms and to give reminders on the upcoming tax filing deadline.
Our partners will also share their expertise on the impact of the latest tax developments brought about by selected revenue regulations, rulings and circulars issued by the BIR, as well as decisions of the Court of Tax Appeals and Supreme Court. A senior manager from our Worldtrade Management Services practice will also speak briefly on customs procedures and issues that may impact on company operations.
As a normal feature of our seminars, the speakers will host an open forum on the topics discussed as well as any other tax questions of general interest. We hope you can join us.
The seminar fee for each participant includes the presentation materials and afternoon snacks.
