Transaction Services works with businesses to maximise return on investment through providing advice in respect of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, spin-offs and strategic alliances. Where required, Transaction Services is able to call on the services of 20 fulltime deal specialists, including five partners. Through its collective experience, the team is involved in more deals than any other organisation in New Zealand.
