PwC has significant expertise in all aspects of management reporting ranging from external statutory requirements through to internal performance and sustainability reporting. This expertise extends to both the processes that sit behind the actual reporting requirement and the associated non financial elements.

This includes the ability to review Long Term Council Community Plans (LTCCP), with the consideration of meaningful performance measures to demonstrate tangible progress on Council outcomes. Advice can be provided on the supporting mechanisms to provide data and quality assurance of these results.

Internal reporting can be reviewed and reconfigured to provide meaningful and effective reporting to management of both financial and key non financial outputs.

PwC is also the recognised sector specialist in the implementation of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and has worked with both councils and the Office of the Auditor General on the recent changes to the standards.
