Pre-registration of your chemical substances was easy and moreover it was free of costs. The costs and effort to actually register the substances in your products might be higher than expected. Most registration costs will relate to the several toxicological tests that are needed for the registration dossier. However, managing collaboration and communication over a period of 9 years (in the case of the 2018 deadline) also involves substantial manpower and costs.
