Requirements: 

  • Must be a Namibian Citizen;
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Training or Organisational Development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Offices.

 

Duties:

This 3 year internship involves practical rotation through all the People & Change functions, with specific exposure to:

  • Technical development activities focused on product development, research, preparing for an engagement and participating in consulting interventions;
  • Projects focused on strategic human resource management, conducting research, analysis and problem-solving as required for scoping the projects;
  • Professional development opportunities focused on topics such as personal branding, relationship building, business perspective development and coaching and mentoring;
  • Networking events, social media and formal and informal shadowing opportunities.

The aim of the position is to develop a well-rounded consultant for the People & Change function with potential to register with the Institute of People Management (SA) or Institute of Management Consultants (SA).
