Pauline Ho is the Assurance Leader for PwC Malaysia and has about 20 years of experience handling assurance and business advisory assignments in Malaysia and United Kingdom.
Her portfolio of clients include a wide range of Malaysian and multinational companies in various industries including telecommunications, and oil
and gas. Besides her audit portfolio, she has
managed projects involving corporate exercises
such as public floatation, equity issues, cross
border offerings, due diligence reviews for
proposed acquisitions, reviews of profit and
cash flow forecasts and projections in relation
to equity issues and operational reviews
of business processes.
She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as
well as a Fellow of Certified Public Accountant

Financial Services (FS) Leader
Soo Hoo has over 20 years experience in audit and business advisory. He has served a wide range of financial services clients in Singapore and Malaysia, from the banking, brokerage and futures sectors.
Currently, he leads the Financial Services Group in PwC Malaysia across lines of service. His core expertise is in the area of assurance, IFRS implementation and transaction services work.
He has been involved in restructuring and merger advisory work for local banking groups. He has also led cross border financial due diligence work in the acquisition of banks in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Pakistan, Hungary, The Czech Republic, and Tanzania.
Soo Hoo graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore majoring in Accounting in 1993. He is an Advisory Council Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in Malaysia, a council member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS).
During his free time, he enjoys photography and Playstation games.

Patrick is an Assurance Partner in PwC Malaysia. He has more than 20 years experience in providing assurance services.
Patrick has worked with clients in a range of industries including real property development, financial services, leisure and hospitality, construction, industrial products, gaming and consumer.
In addition to assurance services, Patrick has been involved in the due diligence reviews, restructuring, merger & acquisition and listing of companies on the stock exchange, independent reviews of financial models, and operational reviews including the assessment of internal control systems.
Apart from his role as an Assurance partner, Patrick has been working closely with the PwC recruitment team to attract young talent to the accounting profession. He has represented PwC in career events at schools, universities and public career fairs and is a familiar face in several of our local twinning colleges.
Patrick is a member of the CPA Australia, Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He's also a MICPA Council member.
Middle Market & Growing Group (MMG) Leader
Shirley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) as well as the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Her audit clients include construction and property development, plantation, manufacturing, automotive, information technology, insurance companies and banks.
She has over 20 years of experience in providing audit and business advisory services to a wide range of clients, working closely with local enterprises and conglomerates as well as multinational companies with operations in Malaysia.
She also has experience in the banking industry in her capacity as the Quality Review Partner for certain banking groups in Malaysia.
Shirley has also undertaken many advisory assignments in recent years. This includes advising her clients on listing requirements, fund raising and corporate restructuring activities.
She is experienced in performing financial due diligence and advisory work for a number of mergers and acquisitions of Malaysian companies, and reviews prospective financial information for submission to Bursa Malaysia.
Risk & Quality Leader
Tuck Heng who was previously the Joint Assurance Leader for PwC Malaysia, has recently taken on the role of Risk & Quality Leader for the Malaysian firm in addition to Assurance. He brings with him more than 30 years of audit experience, including a two-year secondment in PwC UK.
Over the years, his portfolio of audit clients includes many Bursa Malaysia Main Board companies and multinational corporations.
Within the business advisory sphere, his experience encompass financial and management organisation reviews, profitability improvement as well as business plans and strategic planning.
He has been involved in numerous due diligence reviews, profit forecasts and business acquisition reviews in Malaysia and abroad.
Externally, he is a Council Member of MICPA and Chairman of the Auditing & Assurance Standards Board.
He loves travelling and playing badminton when he has the time.
