Survey on Malaysia Banking Institutions' Compliance Function effectiveness

This report is jointly produced by PwC Malaysia and the Institute of Bankers Malaysia (IBBM). It analyses the findings from the first ever survey of Malaysia-based banking institutions' Compliance Function Effectiveness. The report studies the issues and experiences faced by Heads of Compliance in four areas: compliance strategy and assessment, organisation structure, measurement and improvement, and reporting.
