Roles and responsibilities:
To execute the Learning & Development agenda in the country/ region, specifically for the Tax practice by implementing the most effective learning and development solutions. This will include:
- End to end management of development programs from identification process to design and delivery
- Partner with the L&D Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to provide specialist consultation to business stakeholders to diagnose development needs for our talent
- Design and deliver L&D solutions aligned to specific needs
- Facilitate learning and development programs
- Implement L&D initiatives, evaluate and recommend modifications
- Work with internal and external providers to design and deliver bespoke programmes aligned to business needs
- Active promotion and communication about L&D tools, products and processes to educate, excite and build commitment to the L&D agenda
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Accountancy or related areas
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in Malaysian tax
- You will have a distinct advantage if you have the following experience:
- Design and delivery of learning solutions
- Facilitation and coaching
- Change management
- Relationship/ stakeholder management
- Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
