Roles and responsibilities:

To execute the Learning & Development agenda in the country/ region, specifically for the Tax practice by implementing the most effective learning and development solutions. This will include:

  • End to end management of development programs from identification process to design and delivery
  • Partner with the L&D Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to provide specialist consultation to business stakeholders to diagnose development needs for our talent
  • Design and deliver L&D solutions aligned to specific needs
  • Facilitate learning and development programs
  • Implement L&D initiatives, evaluate and recommend modifications
  • Work with internal and external providers to design and deliver bespoke programmes aligned to business needs
  • Active promotion and communication about L&D tools, products and processes to educate, excite and build commitment to the L&D agenda



  • Relevant degree in Accountancy or related areas
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in Malaysian tax
  • You will have a distinct advantage if you have the following experience:
    • Design and delivery of learning solutions
    • Facilitation and coaching
    • Change management
    • Relationship/ stakeholder management
  • Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
