Roles and responsibilities:

You have a good understanding of the business and technical side of Telecommunications and you will be able to translate business concepts & operating models into the functional and technical requirements. You will work closely with and provide advice to clients' users, IT personnel and executives, to gather business and system requirements and develop operating models and concepts for different distribution channels.

You will analyse clients' requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process and report. You will lead functional requirement gathering workshops to analyse requirements and identify impacts on the existing requirements and infrastructure. You will document functional specifications and negotiate with the technology group to agree on the application functionalities.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in international consulting services or system integration services
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, Accounting Information System or related disciplines
  • Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and eager to learn new things, with excellent analytical, problem solving, and problem identification skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable and is able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Good relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Good understanding or experience of IT best practices, development methodologies and development life cycle
  • Solid understanding of operating business model, processes & operations and systems for prepaid /postpaid products and telecom devices
