Roles and responsibilities:

As a consultant in our Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory team, you will be involved in conducting feasibility studies and developing strategy and structure to balance the need for direct control of functions versus reaping the benefits from shared cost savings, synergies and pooling of resources. You will also provide implementation support, post-implementation performance reviews as well as work with other members of the Operations and Finance teams.

Requirements:

• Degree from a reputable institution
• Robust project management ability
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong people management skills and ability to work with people of all levels
• Excellent writing skills and good verbal communications
• Adaptive, flexible and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
