Roles and responsibilities:
We are sourcing for a strong recruiter who has experience managing the recruitment of mid to senior level positions across various business units. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the recruitment professional will be a member of a dynamic HR team and will need to work closely with our business leaders on all aspects of the recruitment, selection and offer management process for experienced candidates. In addition to the day to day activities, this role will also be responsible for tapping into various resourcing channels to attract the best talents.
- Plan the recruitment strategy for experienced candidates across the organisation
- Source for and recruit experienced professionals firmwide
- Manage the recruitment process for experienced candidates
- Review and enhance recruitment process and selection tools
- Screen and provide shortlisted candidates to business leaders
- Manage relationships with target recruitment sources, external search firms, professional bodies, internet providers and relevant agencies
- Manage and negotiate contracts with search firms
- Promote and manage internal referrals including posting open positions to company internet site and manage responses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with experience in a hiring role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organised, motivated, creative and possess a strong interest in recruitment
- Has a wide network of contacts, dynamic, resourceful and able to excel under pressure
- Professional services experience is desirable, although not essential.
