Our team of Operational Effectiveness advisors leverage on deep functional understanding of processes to help organisations improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be engaging clients to jointly identify and implement sustainable change based around the key areas of sustainability business solutions, project and change management; process review and improvement; strategy validation and implementation; human resource advisory; and IT support services.

Requirements

  • Recognised degree in any discipline or an MBA from a reputable university or institutions with at least 3 years’ (Assistant Managers) / 5 years' (Managers) / 8 years’ (Associate Directors) relevant consultancy experience
  • Preference will be given to those with advisory/consultancy experience dealing with large or complex internal or external projects
  • Proven track record as a subject matter specialist in either process improvement (e.g. procurement, finance processes), shared services, change management; HR function, and robust project management experience

Additional Job Essentials

  • Familiarity with project management/ process re-engineering/ change management methodologies
  • Must possess drive and initiative to successfully implement projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform with minimal supervision in a highly dynamic environment. Able to communicate with all levels of management in an organisation
  • Must be hands-on
