Roles and responsibilities:

You will support the Markets team in helping our people have better client conversations, be well-informed about the client contacts they meet, their organisations and market developments which are relevant to them. You will do this by:

 

Research

Proactively support teams involved with selected key accounts, key industry sectors and target companies by:

  • Helping our people to be self-sufficient in dealing with their basic research tasks
  • Providing research support to proposal teams and client targeting initiatives
  • Attending to research requests


Communicate insights

Share local and global PwC knowledge material in a timely manner by:

  • Highlighting new thought leadership publications, and/or company/industry insights for opportunities to engage clients, via internal alerts
  • Helping with content curation and drafting of monthly PwC’s external newsletter


Knowledge management

Organise knowledge material which reside on the firm’s knowledge sources to enable easy retrieval/reference by:

  • Archiving alerts in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and updating research self-help tools on GA1N (firm’s intranet)
  • Vetting content for Malaysian Gateway (internal knowledge microsite)

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing or related
  • Knowledge of business, industry and research information sources
  • Experience in preparing business, industry and company analysis or reports
  • Good understanding of the business environment with keen industry knowledge/interest
  • Internet savvy with strong key office software skills
  • Mature and client-driven
