Knowledge Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for the compilation, availability and sharing of knowledge assets contained in our inventory (e.g. proposals, research material, marketing collateral, etc.).  You will be the point of contact on all matters related to knowledge sharing within our consulting practice, including identifying means to continuously improve knowledge databases.  You will need to drive and facilitate the sharing, sourcing, and management of knowledge material  with all levels of consulting staff. You will assist to design and build knowledge channels around assigned content areas to facilitate easy access to relevant knowledge and expertise. You will also be required to arrange and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, drive knowledge circles and play a key role in driving knowledge management good practices within the Consulting practice.



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with at least 3 years experience in knowledge management related support
  • Good understanding of  knowledge management principles
  • Good understanding of consulting business, service offerings and knowledge demands
  • Resourceful and familiar with various business knowledge sources
  • Exposure to knowledge management systems/tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Lotus Notes database management will be an added advantage
