Roles and responsibilities:

• Able to lead advisory engagements and ensure high quality delivery
• Conduct fieldwork and review the work of team members
• Manage project delivery and expectations
• Coach and support the team to encourage knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Experience in leading and managing an internal audit team
• Experience in the financial sector is an added advantage
• Has a consulting mindset with good communication and client-facing attributes
• Highly independent and a self-starter
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Preferably has completed professional accounting qualifications
