Roles and responsibilities:
You will work with a team of consultants to solve problems by bringing together a host of different skills, facts, industry benchmarks and independent thought. You will bring capabilities in management and process improvement to help our financial institution clients optimise their operating processes and help transform their key value chain functions.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in areas of banking operation processes
- Has a consulting mindset with good communication and client-facing attributes
- Highly independent and a self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
