Roles and responsibilities:

You will join our Corporate Finance team in providing advice and support on all aspects of a corporate deal including strategy evaluation, structuring, financing and valuation. We support companies through every stage of a transaction, be it a merger and acquisition, private fund raising, business divestment or an initial public offering (IPO). You will also be providing our clients with clear insights into the markets that they wish to enter. Our approach is driven by our client’s individual commercial objectives and with our advanced modelling techniques, we can help our clients prioritise their investment strategies and decisions in line with an understanding of broader economic implications

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, economics or any other relevant disciplines and/or professional accounting qualification
• At least 3 years' of relevant experience in corporate advisory, valuation, restructuring, financial evaluations or project advisory and financing
• Active involvement in deal execution, origination and/or knowledge in corporate M&A activities
• Has genuine interest in financial markets and demonstrates solid numerical and analytical skills
• Investment Banking experience will be an added advantage
• Familiar with Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia rules and Companies Act
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as the role will be required to deal extensively with clients at all levels
