Roles and responsibilities:

The BR team is valued by Clients for our ability to quickly identify problems, gain cooperation, develop viable solutions, and implement them with sensitivity and precision with the objective of resolving debts and maximising value to stakeholders. We offer a full range of advisory and implementation services e.g. financial analysis, restructuring plans and insolvency appointments.



  • Accounting degree and/or professional Accounting qualification with at least 3 - 5 years' relevant experience, preferably with recovery experience in an audit or commercial environment
  • Strong grasp of business issues as well as the ability to find solutions in distressed situations are essential
  • Knowledge of Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia rules and regulations; knowledge of Company Law particularly in respect to distressed companies and the capital market would be added advantage
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as the role will be required to deal extensively with clients at all levels.
