Overview

 

Subject matter expert in managing the deployment, maintenence and providing end-user support for various audit software.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Project manage the deployment and installation of audit software across all PwC offices in Malaysia
  • Maintain and provide technical support for audit software, client file management and risk management software
  • Manage infrastructure support, including the maintenance of servers and hardware
  • Provide end-user application support, troubleshoot technical problems and respond to adhoc queries
  • Manage the archiving process for databases and client files
  • Facilitate audit software training for new joiners and interns
  • Generate reports for the Risk Management team
  • Create, maintain and support regional discussion and quality review databases

Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification
  • At least 4 years' experience in the Assurance practice with a good grasp of audit methodology
  • Reasonable knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
  • IT savvy and keeps abreast with the latest technology updates
  • Ablity to interact with all levels of staff across cultures
