Roles and responsibilities:

You will be the subject matter expert in managing the deployment,installation, maintenence and providing end-user support (troubleshoot technical problems and respond to adhoc queries) for various audit software across all PwC offices in Malaysia. Responsibilities will include maintaining and providing technical support for audit software, client file management and risk management software. You will oversee infrastructure support, including the maintenance of servers and hardware as well as the management of archiving process for databases and client files. You will get the opportunity to facilitate audit software training for new joiners as well as create, maintain and support regional discussions and quality review databases.



  • Professional accounting qualification
  • At least 4 years' experience in the Assurance practice with a good grasp of audit methodology
  • Reasonable knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
  • IT savvy and keeps abreast with the latest technology updates
  • Ablity to interact with all levels of staff across cultures
