Roles and responsibilities:

You will drive quality in audit engagements and be the subject matter expert on ISAs, PwC Audit engagements as well as assist in team engagements and/or individuals through coaching, guidance and advice to achieve efficient quality assignments. You will also steer the implementation of PwC Audit and related projects, which include project management responsibilities, localisation of Learning & Development content whilst assisting with training as well as implementation and support on all Methodology & Technology initiatives and projects around the regional offices. This role will require you to research and draft policies for firm-wide adoption in their respective areas of expertise and ensure consistent implementation throughout the practice. You will also be responsible for related monitoring and reporting requirements. This may include direct “cold” reviews of selected engagements and assessment of engagement team performance on such engagements.



  • Degree or professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Assurance practice
  • Good knowledge of auditing standards
  • Technology savvy
  • Ability to write well with good verbal communication skills
  • Personal attributes include good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, resourcefulness, tenacity and knowledge of Microsoft application tools
