Roles and responsibilities:

Bring your professional client-service experience and creativity and be part of our Advisory business growth story. You will play a key role to Advisory's priority to build a client-centric business model.  Drive a growing key accounts programme, branding Advisory and culture change in a dynamic team environment to exceed the rapidly changing demands of our clients. You will maintain knowledge of present market conditions, collation and analysis of market intelligence and all forms of data and reports needed to drive key accounts. You will also facilitate Advisory Group Relationship Partners (GRP) huddles, supporting the Advisory GRPs in managing their key accounts, e.g. facilitate accounts planning / co-creation meetings, highlight specific opportunities, proposals and presentations. You will also coordinate and drive profiling initiatives to brand Advisory internally and in the marketplace.

 

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in any discipline or an MBA from a reputable university or institution with at least 5 to 8 years’ relevant Advisory experience
  • Have good understanding of the Advisory business: how it works, services, clients, key accounts, competitors, policies, practices and trends affecting it
  • Sound knowledge of how strategies and tactics work in the market place
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills. Being an engaging presenter would be an added advantage
  • Able to build rapport and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self starter
  • Have strong analytical skills.
