Understanding the Talent Selection Process
All resumes and online application forms will go through a preliminary evaluation process. Strong candidates will be short-listed for an assessment and interview session. This initial selection criteria is based on academic achievements, leadership qualities and involvement in extra-curricular activities.

Our selection criteria is based upon identified credentials and qualities that we would like our people to possess.
