Leadership experience

We encourage our people to break new ground with secondments abroad and taking part in inter-territorial assignments. At the end of 2008, some 3,228 partners and staff from PwC member firms in 103 countries were posted internationally on short and long-term secondments and international assignments. Various leadership development programmes are also available such as Ulysses and Genesis Park, that cultivates leadership and leaves you with unforgettable experiences.
