Your 1st Experience

You will launch your career with us alongside other new joiners through a structured induction programme called the ‘1st Experience’. This programme is where you will settle in, meet new friends, and pick up the technical, business and inter-personal skills you will need to get your career off to a good start. Courses, practical coaching, case studies and involvement in real client work will help you learn quickly. Your training will also be tailored to fit the unique needs of your business area. Leaders, directors and managers are involved throughout the programme. This serves as a great platform for new joiners to cultivate a sense of belonging, build relationships and foster team spirit.
