Your 1st Experience

Launch your career with PwC alongside other new joiners through a structured induction programme called the ‘1st Experience’. This programme is where you will meet new friends and pick up the technical, business and inter-personal skills you will need to get your career off to a good start. Courses, practical coaching, case studies and involvement in real client work will help you learn quickly. Your training will also be tailored to fit the unique needs of your business area. Partners, directors and managers are directly involved throughout the programme.
