Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

As part of the GRC team, you will work closely with our clients to enhance and strengthen their governance, internal controls and corporate assurance frameworks while addressing the hazards and opportunities of risk across their organisations.

Forensics & Litigation Support (FLS)

The FLS team provides fraud detection and discovery services, as well as dispute resolution and licensing management services. You will work with clients to help manage their risks and concerns, examine issues and communicate findings to help them make informed decisions in the boardroom or court room.

Operational Effectiveness (OE)

The OE team uses deep functional understanding of processes to help organisations improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations. You will engage clients to jointly identify and assist in sustainable change based on the following key areas:

B. Deals

Transaction Services (TS)

The TS team provides financial due diligence, vendor assistance, negotiation support and deal structuring for Mergers and Acquisitions transactions within and outside Malaysia for both Corporate and Private Equity clients.

Corporate Finance & Recovery (CFR)

Our teams provide advice and support, and conduct the necessary reviews of a deal including strategy evaluation, structuring, financing and valuation. We support companies through every stage of a transaction, be it a merger and acquisition, a private fund rising, a business divestment or an initial public offering. You will work to provide clients with clear insights into new markets that they are considering. With a focus on our client’s individual commercial objectives, you will get the opportunity to assist clients in prioritising their investment strategies and decisions. The CFR teams include:

Our BR team also provides debt resolution services to resolve clients’ non performing debts through conventional restructuring, financial monitoring, receivership and liquidation and through newer resolution mechanisms of non-performing loan sales and asset divestment.
