Corporate Reporting Awards 2013

AfrAsia Bank Limited and BANK ONE Limited make their way to the Awards for the first time!

Six of the seven Awards for the 15th edition of the PwC Corporate Reporting Awards (CRA) were remitted on Monday 25 February 2013 during a cocktail held at the Hennessy Park Hotel in Ebene.

PwC carried out an internal review of 76 annual reports and 75 websites, issued between 31 December 2011 and 31 December 2012. A short list of 3 to 6 reports were selected for each category and submitted to the external Judging Panel for final consideration. The assessment was made with respect to three criteria: Content, Clarity and Correlation.

 

We congratulate all pre-selected entities and winners of the CRA 2013.

 
Our aim in holding the CRA is to encourage management of listed entities and Public Interest Entities to raise the quality of the communication to their stakeholders in their annual reports and via their websites. We would like them to go beyond the legal requirements and provide complete, relevant and neutral information to their readers.
