Risk Assurance Services (RAS/04/13)

We are currently seeking to recruit professionals to join our Risk Assurance Services department.


The successful candidate will assist the Manager in areas such as financial statement audit support
(e.g. ITGC reviews, ERP/application control reviews, interface testing, report testing), IT risk assessments, data management services (e.g. CAATs, data quality reviews) and financial and operational business process reviews.
 

Requirements
• ACCA qualified or partly qualified;
• A degree in Accounting and/or Information Systems would be an advantage; and
• At least 2 years’ experience in financial accounting and/or information systems.
 

Essential Competencies
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken);
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Demonstrated ability to learn in a fast-paced environment; and
• A keen eye for details.

PwC is currently looking for bright and highly-motivated candidates to fill the position of an Accountant in our Finance team.

Primary Responsibilities
As a senior member of the team, you will assist the Manager in the preparation of financial statements, monthly schedules and tax returns. You will also be responsible for the processing of data, monthly reconciliations and other relevant reports amongst others.

Requirements
• ACCA qualified or partly qualified;
• At least 3 years experience in accounting;
• Proficiency in computer accounting packages;
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, statutory financial statements, IFRS, VAT and corporate tax;
