| 1990 | Price Waterhouse publishes the first Mauritius Accounting Standards to facilitate the task of all those involved in applying accounting standards and improve the quality of financial reporting. |

| 1998 | The Merger: Worldwide merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand to create PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Local staff: 200. Robert Bigaignon is named Country Leader. |
| 1998 | First Best Published Accounts (today known as the Corporate Reporting Awards), in recognition of efforts made by companies to improve the contents and presentation of their Annual Reports. The event is today a national annual event in the business community. |
| 2001 | Major project management: The Illovo Deal. Ebene becomes the epicentre of the country for the development of the CyberIsland. |
| 2003 | PwC is the first professional firm in Mauritius to be authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) to train chartered accountants. The two first Chartered Accountants (ACAs) of the ICAEW trained in Mauritius will obtain their accreditation in 2006. |
| 2007 | Following the Enron event and new regulations, PwC separates itself from its offshore service. André Bonieux is named Senior Partner. Part of our Assurance practice moves to our third office in TM Building, Port Louis. |
| 2009 | Relocation of the Port Louis offices under one roof to 30,000 sq feet of modern premises at 18 CyberCity, Ebène. The new offices include a 100-seating break out area and a modern gym. Particular emphasis put on energy savings and lighting comfort in the work environment. |
