Sustainability services are a new addition to our service portfolio in Malta. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has been offering these services for over a decade now and has developed a network of over 700 global sustainability practitioners around the world. We realise the challenges which businesses are increasingly facing in terms of stricter environmental regulation, increased pressures from stakeholders on social responsibility and increased costs as a result of resource constraints. These challenges are pushing organisations to place sustainable performance on their agenda.
Sustainability touches upon various aspects and is defined as the process of development within the limitations of our natural resources by taking into consideration the economic, environmental and social aspects. Therefore, more often than not, a sustainable solution may require the mobilisation of a multi-disciplinary team. The breadth of skills available at PwC - industry sector experts, economists, tax advisors, lawyers and auditors – makes this possible.
Very broadly, we will assist businesses and organisations to identify and address the economic, environmental and social issues which are relevant to their operations and activities. In doing so, we will make use of our highly trained teams and skills across our other lines of service.
