Tax & Legal Services Department

The firm's Tax and Legal Services Department is manned by a pool of accountants and lawyers with considerable experience on individual and corporate clients both on local and international tax matters.

The department offers the following services:

• Personal and corporate tax planning
• dealing with all periodical tax matters including annual returns and tax payments
• attending to tax objections and appeals
• assistance in the drawing up of Wills, trusts and settlements
• assistance on estate matters and obtaining Grants of Probate
• administration of estates
• dealing with applications for residence permits, the acquisition of property in Malta and related matters
• other ancillary services, eg. preparing payrolls and tax returns of domestic employees
• advice on formation and administration of companies and trusts
