Our client is seeking to recruit for the positions listed below. Successful candidates will join a culture which is free of red tape and the opportunity to grow their career.

Successful candidates will:

  • be team players;
  • be fluent in English and in either Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Swedish, Danish or Finnish;
  • have an excellent academic record;
  • have initiative and the ability to manage their work load without extensive supervision;
  • be willing to work in a fast paced environment.

An attractive remuneration package including achievement bonuses based on key performance indicators, commensurate with qualifications and experience, is being offered to the chosen applicant.

 

Technology / Gaming / IP lawyer – Reference number: 385/YP

The successful candidate will:

  • have three or more years of post-qualification experience working with a well-established law firm or in-house with a reputable organisation;
  • have proven experience of handling a demanding non-contentious caseload, a wide spectrum of commercial contracts and excellent drafting skills;
  • have experience dealing with gaming & gambling, brand protection, advertising, data security, digital media content, e-commerce/internet transactions, and data protection.

 

Corporate / M&A lawyer – Reference number: 386/YP

The successful candidate will:

  • have three or more years of post-qualification experience working with a well-established law firm or in-house with a reputable organisation;
  • have experience in advising clients on a wide range of corporate work, including joint ventures, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, mergers, group reorganisations and corporate governance matters.

 

Financial services / Commercial lawyer – Reference number: 387/YP

The successful candidate will:

  • have six or more years of post-qualification experience working with a well-established law firm or in house with a reputable organisation;
  • have first rate experience of dealing with a range of commercial and financial services (regulatory) issues.
