A group of companies, foreign-owned, involved in overseas Infrastructure/Aviation Services and Banking & Retail Systems/Solutions, is seeking to recruit an Office and Admin Manager for their Malta based companies.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the selected applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and his/her duties will be as follows:
The post calls for a practical, self-motivated person who has had a few years’ experience in a similar position. The chosen applicant would have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, as well as, if possible, knowledge of other computer applications. He/she must also be fluent in written and spoken English, and knowledge of the German language will be considered an asset. Capability to work in a team and work well under pressure is also important.
An attractive remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience, is being offered to the chosen applicant.
