PwC Mongolia launched the 6th edition of PayWell Salary and Benefits Survey and held seminar on findings from its latest survey.

        On 22nd of February 2017, PwC Tax TMZ conducted a PayWell survey launch seminar  for HR specialists of Mongolian companies. During the seminar, the country Managing Partner, Matthew Pottle presented key HR trends in 2016 and findings from the CEO global survey. Other speakers  - Tsendmaa Choijamts, Executive Director, and Gerelmaa Lkhagva, tax consultant -  introduced the key findings from PayWell Mongolia 2016 report.

        PayWell salary survey is a benchmark study of salary levels by jobs and HR policies supported across employers in Mongolia and it is conducted annually by PwC Mongolia starting from 2010. This year the survey had 32 participants from mining, mining equipment, finance and banking and other sectors. The survey report covers a detailed report on compensation and benefits provided by companies operating on the Mongolian market and salary statistic of 87 general market jobs that is common to all companies and salary statistic of 50 mining specific sector jobs. During the event, participants had special opportunity to meet with PwC specialists and other HR professionals and share their opinion and experience.
