The PayWell Mongolia 2014 Survey provides detailed report on compensation and benefits policies and salary statistics of 261 job positions. The survey was conducted during September until end of November and collected data of 30 Mongolian leading job providers . The Survey report contains information on participants’ anticipated salary changes in 2015 that will help companies to budget their salary expense as well as bonuses in 2015.
