2016 PayWell Salary & Benefits Survey Report now available
With great pleasure, we would like to share that the 2016 PayWell Salary and Benefits Survey has been finalised.
PayWell Macedonia 2016 Salary and Benefits Survey is prepared on compensation data provided by 7 companies from the Industry and IT&C sector. As a result of our survey, Overall Market Report and also two more detailed sector reports are available – Industry and IT&C Market Report, as well. We are introducing the IT&C sector report for the first time.
A number of customised analyses and reports, based on the headcount and revenue of the participating companies can also be derived from our PayWell Survey. The qualitative part of the report comprises information on specific compensation policies (e.g. salary increases, fixed and variable bonuses, etc.) and analysis of the benefits available on the market from company cars to meal tickets.
